When you are applying to remove conditions of residence please bring the following documents with you:
- copy of your Conditional Permanent Resident Card
- birth certificates (yours and your spouse)
- marriage certificate
- credit card bills
- bank statements
- insurance (health, dental, auto, life etc)
- lease agreements
- copy of tax returns
- copy of W-2
* And all other documents that can be used as evidence that you and your spouse lived together for the past 2-3 years. |
